At Caracole, we pride ourselves on exceptional craftsmanship and hope you love your new furniture; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible items in their original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale pieces are non-returnable to maintain our high standards of quality and exclusivity.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Concierge Team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the item is placed in its original protective packaging; our specialized white-glove carriers will schedule a convenient window to collect the furniture from your home.
- 3.Inspection and Processing
Once the item returns to our distribution center, our quality assurance team will inspect the piece to ensure it meets our resale standards.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee and any applicable return shipping costs.
