Currently, we ship to the contiguous United States and Canada. For other international destinations, please contact our concierge team to discuss specialized freight forwarding options.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 20% restocking fee applies to large furniture pieces, and items must be in their original condition.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For white-glove deliveries, our carrier will contact you directly to schedule a specific delivery window.
